EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. Awarded an AFCEE ECOS09 Contract

Hunt Valley, Maryland (24 June 2010)—EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. (EA)—a leading provider of environmental, engineering, and program/construction management services—announced today the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with the U.S. Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), Lackland AFB, Texas. AFCEE awarded 10 contracts to small businesses worth up to $350 million over a 5-year ordering period.

Under the Environmental, Construction and Operations & Services 2009 (ECOS09) contract, EA is eligible to provide construction, repair, and demolition work for both traditional and environmental projects in support of AFCEE’s worldwide mission. EA may also provide operations and services for environmental conservation, compliance, pollution prevention, and cleanup activities as well as energy management.

As the prime contractor under these contract mechanisms, EA is eligible to provide a full array of environmental services to Air Force customers throughout the world.”
