EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC Awarded Contract to Address Fence-to-Fence Environmental Compliance Needs at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio
Hunt Valley, Maryland (28 August 2015)—EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC (EA), a leading provider of interdisciplinary environmental services, announced today that it has been awarded a task order to provide fence-to-fence environmental compliance services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). The firm-fixed price call order, which covers a base year and four 1-year options, has a potential value of $5.1 million over the 5-year period of performance. The work was awarded under EA’s General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule, 899 Environmental Services, by GSA, Greater Southwest Region.
Under this contract, EA is responsible to provide the full range of supporting activities necessary to conduct environmental compliance operations and services to address environmental sites and/or conditions at WPAFB. Specifically, EA is providing support in the areas of hazardous materials management; air quality; sampling, analysis, and monitoring to support waste characterization, stormwater, and site requirements; environmental management system updating and associated environmental awareness training; petroleum, oil, and lubricants management; and cultural resources management in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements.
