Our Construction/Program Management staff has expertise in all disciplines
required to procure materials/equipment and manage contracts to ensure that the
work conforms with design specifications.
We facilitate decision-making among the project owner, architect, engineer, contractors, and subcontractors to evaluate construction methods/materials and advise all parties on contractual strategies. Knowledge of current market conditions and labor issues helps us pre-qualify bidders, estimate costs, and develop realistic schedules.
